Sweepstakes Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. OPEN ONLY TO RESIDENTS OF SAN ANTONIO 21 YEARS OR OLDER WITH A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE AND VALID SOCIAL SECURITY CARD WHO HAVE NOT WON A TRIP FROM THE STATION WITHIN THE PAST THIRTY (30) DAYS.
1. SPONSOR: The sponsors of this sweepstakes are Univision Radio Broadcasting Texas, LP (KBBT98.5 FM) with offices at 1777 NE Loop 410, Suite 400, San Antonio, Texas 78217, Upstairs Records 15814 Champions Forest Drive Suite 309 Houston TX, 77379 (collectively, "Sponsors").
2. PRIZES; ODDS OF WINNING: One (1) grand prize winner will win one (1) trip for two (2) people to Glendale, Az. to attend WWE Wrestlemania to take place on March 28, 2010. The grand prize includes: (a) two (2) round trip coach airline tickets Approximate retail value (“ARV”) will vary depending on airline selected by Sponsors but is roughly estimated at $700.00; (b) two (2) Front Row tickets to WWE Wrestlemania - ARV $1000.00 (c) and hotel accommodations – standard/single room, double occupancy (including room and tax), for one (1) night – ARV $250.00. Total ARV of the grand prize is $1950. The winner and the winner’s companion must travel on the same itinerary. Transportation, taxes, meals, room service, laundry service, gratuities, beverages, personal purchases including souvenirs, telephone calls and any other miscellaneous expenses not specifically listed herein are the sole responsibility of the prize winner and travel guests. Airport, hotel and airline will be determined at the sole discretion of Sponsors. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible qualifiers.
The winner may not substitute the prize for its cash equivalent. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute any or all of the prizes with any article or service of similar or greater value at its sole discretion. Prizes may not be assigned or transferred by winner.
3. HOW TO ENTER: You may enter the sweepstakes and qualify to win the grand prize by either:
(i) being the 8th caller to phone the station at (210) 470-5985 when prompted by the DJ.
(ii) Registering at the Cricket Communications remote announced during the promotion.
All qualifiers must provide name, address, telephone number and email address (if you have one).
Sponsors are not responsible for disconnected or misdirected calls or busy signals. Sponsors are not responsible for illegible or incomplete registration forms. Copies or Sponsors may use the information you submit to offer you information on other offers, products or services.
4. ELIGIBILITY: This sweepstakes is open to residents of San Antonio, Texas 21 yrs or older with a valid Drivers License or valid Texas ID and valid Social Security card. Persons in any of the following categories are not eligible to participate or win a prize: (a) persons who from and after February 25, 2010 were or are employees or agents of Sponsors or its parent, affiliates, stations, subsidiaries, or the service agencies or independent contractors of the above organization(s); (b) persons who are engaged in the development, production, distribution of materials, or drawing of winners for this sweepstakes; (c) persons who are immediate family of, or who reside in, the same household as any person in either of the two preceding categories; and (d) persons who have won a trip from the station within the past thirty (60) days.
5. DRAWING: Qualifiers will be selected every day of the promotion as set forth in Paragraph 3 above. The Grand prize winner will be selected on or about March 15, 2010.
6. SCHEDULE: The sweepstakes begins on February 26, 2010 and ends on March 12, 2010.
7. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS: Sponsors reserve the right to modify or terminate this sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsors’ reasonable control impairs the integrity of the sweepstakes as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion. At their sole discretion, Sponsors may disqualify any person whom they consider to have intentionally violated the Official Rules or any element of this sweepstakes. By participating, entrants agree: (a) to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judge; (b) to release and hold harmless Sponsors, their parent, affiliates, stations, subsidiaries and independent contractors, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents, including advertising and promotion agencies, from any and all liability with respect to acceptance, possession or use (or misuse) of the prizes or participation in the sweepstakes. All prize recipients must sign a separate release. Winner agrees to permit Sponsors to use his/her name, address, city, state, photograph, voice, videotape or any likeness for advertising or publicity purposes for no additional compensation.
8. TAXES: Taxes (federal, state, and local) are the sole responsibility of the winner and the winner may be required to complete tax forms.

11. APPLICABLE LAW: These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to conflicts of law rules. Winner must comply with all applicable state laws related to possession of the prize.
